To register and maintain an Account on the AK77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Age Verification: AK77 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a User cannot verify their age upon request, the Account will be suspended until satisfactory documentation is provided. Winings accumulated prior to age verification may be withheld pending confirmation of eligibility.
Each User is permitted to hold onlyone (1) active Account on the AK77 Platform. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, or different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Balances therein.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update this information if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. AK77 will never contact you to request your password.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact AK77 support immediately via the live chat feature on the Platform or by emailing [email protected].
An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. AK77 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with applicable guidelines and to close Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period following notification.
Access to and use of the AK77 Platform is granted solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial online gaming and sports betting entertainment. Any other use of the Platform is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of AK77.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection, and software meet the minimum technical requirements to access the Platform. AK77 is not liable for any losses, missed bets, or other issues resulting from your failure to maintain adequate technical infrastructure.
Platform Availability: AK77 aims to maintain continuous Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. AK77 is not liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
All deposits to the AK77 Platform must be made using payment methods approved and listed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Approved methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking, direct transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, BTC, ETH).
All deposits are accepted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or, for cryptocurrency deposits, in the applicable digital currency with MYR equivalent applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Refer to the Deposit page on the Platform for current minimums. AK77 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
You must not use payment accounts or methods that are registered in a third party's name. All funds deposited to AK77 must originate from a payment account that belongs to you. AK77 reserves the right to refuse deposits or freeze Accounts where third-party funding is suspected.
E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are typically processed instantly. Bank transfers via FPX may take 5 to 10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times (typically 15 to 30 minutes for USDT TRC20).
Players may request withdrawals of their Account Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. All withdrawals are subject to the Platform's KYC verification requirements.
AK77 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Indicative processing times are: e-walets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) —5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers — 30 minutes to 2 hours; cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) — 15 to 45 minutes subject to network conditions. These timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
AK77 reserves the right to delay, refuse, or reverse any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where KYC verification has not been satisfactorily completed.
AK77 offers various promotional bonuses and rewards to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
AK77's VIP Birthday Bonus (up to MYR 2,688 depending on tier) and Refer-a-Friend bonuses (MYR 38 per qualifying referal) are subject to separate eligibility conditions and wagering requirements communicated in the relevant promotion terms. Misuse of these promotions may result in forfeiture and Account suspension.
AK77 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies, bet cancellations, and organised exploitation of promotional offers. AK77 reserves the right to void any winings, forfeit bonuses, and close Accounts where promotional abuse is detected.
Zero Tolerance for Bonus Fraud: Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion is considered fraud. Any Accounts involved in such conduct will be permanently closed and any associated balances will be forfeited.
All bets placed on the AK77 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sports market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable rules.
AK77 reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any bet at its absolute discretion and without explanation. A bet is not confirmed until AK77's system generates a confirmed bet reference. Any bet placed on obviously incorrect odds (palpable errors) may be voided by AK77, and the stake returned to the Player.
AK77 uses authoritative data providers for the determination of results. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, the determination made by AK77 after consulting authoritative sources shall be final and binding on all Players.
Live in-play betting is subject to interruptions and delays. AK77 will not be liable for bets placed on stale or delayed odds resulting from technical latency. In cases where live data feeds are interrupted, AK77 reserves the right to suspend live markets.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the AK77 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:
AK77 is required to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing requirements. By registering an Account, you agree to cooperate fully with AK77's KYC processes.

KYC reviews are typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. Withdrawals will be held pending the completion of KYC verification. AK77 may request additional documentation at any time if required for compliance purposes.

All content on the AK77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and interface elements — is the intellectual property of AK77 or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written authorisation of AK77.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AK77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.
AK77's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit AK77's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

AK77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, suspicion of money laundering, underage access, or compliance with a legal obligation.
Upon termination for cause, AK77 may withold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where a breach is substantiated, AK77 may forfeit all or part of the Balance. Where no breach is established, any verified remaining Balance will be returned to the Player via their last registered payment method.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting AK77 support. Before closing your Account, any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds must be considered — unmet wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of associated bonus balances. Real-money balances will be returned following successful KYC verification.
AK77 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an on-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory obligation.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which AK77 is licensed to operate.
In the event of any dispute between you and AK77, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance with a view to resolving the matter informally. AK77 commits to responding to formal complaints within 5 business days.
AK77's decisions on betting outcomes, account actions, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution processes set out in these Terms.
